Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

• We recommend recording a video when opening your package.

• Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away. We will evaluate the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.

• All packages are shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified.

Shipping Schedule

• Orders are shipped every other business day: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

• Business days exclude weekends and U.S. holidays.

• After holidays or major sale events, please allow an extra business day for processing.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

• If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or if the recipient is unavailable to receive it:

  • The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • The customer will be responsible for redelivery costs.

• Royal Luxs LLC is not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Refunds are not issued for address errors.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Royal Luxs LLC is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation by the carrier.

• Upon inquiry, we will provide delivery confirmation, tracking details, and carrier contact information so you can follow up directly.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–8 business days after fulfillment.

• Express Shipping: Estimated 1–3 business days after fulfillment.

• Please note: These are carrier estimates only. USPS and other carriers do not guarantee delivery windows, especially during peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen events.
