  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products, including perishable goods, personal care items, or sale items.

  • Please ensure you review your order carefully before checkout.


💳 Refund Policy

  • No refunds are issued once an order has been placed.

  • Exceptions: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us immediately upon delivery with photo or video evidence. Once reviewed, we will determine if a refund or replacement is appropriate.

  • Refunds, if approved, are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or credit card company.


📦 Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

  • Please record a video while opening your package to document any issues.

  • Contact us immediately upon delivery if your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

❌ Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

  • If your order has not yet shipped, we can update incorrect mailing or email addresses.

  • Once shipped, address changes are no longer possible.


🔐 Payment Security & Authorized Use

  • By placing an order, you confirm you are the authorized cardholder.

  • Orders flagged for potential fraud may require ID verification matching the cardholder’s details before shipment.

🚚 Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Royal Luxs LLC is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by USPS or international carriers.

  • For lost or stolen packages after delivery, please follow up directly with the shipping carrier or your building security.
