We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products, including perishable goods, personal care items, or sale items.

No refunds are issued once an order has been placed.
Exceptions: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us immediately upon delivery with photo or video evidence. Once reviewed, we will determine if a refund or replacement is appropriate.
Refunds, if approved, are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or credit card company.
📦 Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
Please record a video while opening your package to document any issues.
Contact us immediately upon delivery if your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Email support@royalluxsllc.com with your order number and supporting images/video so we can evaluate and resolve the issue quickly.
❌ Cancellations & Changes
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
If your order has not yet shipped, we can update incorrect mailing or email addresses.
Once shipped, address changes are no longer possible.
🔐 Payment Security & Authorized Use
By placing an order, you confirm you are the authorized cardholder.
Orders flagged for potential fraud may require ID verification matching the cardholder’s details before shipment.
If unauthorized use of a card is suspected, the order will be cancelled, and funds must be recovered through the customer’s bank.
🚚 Lost or Stolen Packages
Royal Luxs LLC is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by USPS or international carriers.
For lost or stolen packages after delivery, please follow up directly with the shipping carrier or your building security.

I been using it for about 4 months noticed a big difference in girth and extra inch in length.**** Everybody body is different but for me it works!****<****/p>****
Been using it only for about 2-3 weeks but I can feel the difference veins are popping out like crazy it’s getting girthier haven’t notice any length changes but I’m sure it will come with time
