Order Processing Time

  • All orders require 1–3 business days to process.

  • Day 1 begins the day after your order is received.

  • Tracking numbers are sent via email once processing is complete.

Please note:

  • Business days do not include weekends or U.S. holidays.

  • Always allow one additional business day for processing after a holiday or major sale event.

  • We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

Shipping Schedule

Orders are shipped every other business day:

  • Monday

  • Wednesday

  • Friday

Shipping Carriers

All packages are shipped through USPS, unless otherwise specified at checkout.

Shipping timeframes (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: Estimated 1–3 business days

Carrier delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, especially during holidays, peak seasons, or unforeseen delays.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

We strongly recommend that you record a video while opening your package.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us the same day of delivery at royalluxs1@gmail.com or support@royalluxsllc.com.

  2. Attach clear photos (or video) of the item and packaging.

  3. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

If a package is returned to Royal Luxs LLC due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address,

  • Missing apartment/unit number,

  • Recipient unavailable for delivery,

The customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs, and

  • Redelivery costs.

Royal Luxs LLC is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered incorrectly due to customer address errors

  • Lost packages resulting from incomplete or wrong addresses

  • Refunds on orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

No exceptions.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package shows “Delivered” by USPS or any carrier:

  • Royal Luxs LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or missing packages.

  • We do not replace or refund lost or stolen items.

Upon inquiry, we will provide:

  • Delivery confirmation

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier contact information

Customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

International Shipping

We ship internationally using carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

Important:

  • Your country may require customs fees, duties, or taxes. These are not included in your order and must be paid by the customer.

  • Delivery times are not guaranteed for international shipments.

  • Customs delays are beyond our control.

If you provide an incomplete international address, you will be responsible for all reshipment fees.

Estimated Processing & Delivery Times

  • Payments may take up to 3 business days to clear.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Standard U.S. delivery: 3–10 business days

  • International delivery: Varies by country

Once a package is shipped, all delivery responsibility transfers to you and the carrier.

Royal Luxs LLC is not responsible for:

  • Postal service delays

  • Misdeliveries

  • Incorrect scanning

  • Slowdowns due to holidays or weather

Royal Luxs LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to the natural, perishable nature of our products.

Once you click “YES” at checkout and complete payment, you agree to all terms listed in this Shipping Policy and our full Store Policies.

Fraud Prevention & Authorized Cardholder Policy

By placing an order with Royal Luxs LLC, you acknowledge:

  • You are at least 18 years old, and

  • You are the authorized cardholder for the payment method used.

If fraud is suspected, we reserve the right to request:

  • A copy of a valid ID matching the cardholder name

  • Additional verification before shipment

Orders placed with another person’s card without authorization will not be shipped.
Refunds for fraud-flagged orders must be handled directly with your bank.

Chargebacks and fraudulent claims will be pursued legally and handled by our attorney.
