Package Responsibility
Royal Luxs LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the provided address, mailbox, porch, or building. For any issues related to theft or misplacement, please contact your local USPS office, international carriers, or building security for resolution.
Processing and Shipping Timeline
- All orders require 1-3 business days for processing, with Day 1 starting the day after your order is received.
- Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days after processing.
- Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order has been processed.
- If you select express shipping, processing may still take 1-3 business days, though we strive to expedite express orders as quickly as possible keep you on a 3 business day delivery after fulfillment .
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
- We strongly recommend recording a video of yourself opening your package upon delivery.
- Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find any defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us right away so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
- All packages are shipped via USPS.
Shipping Schedule
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
- Allow one extra business day for processing after holidays or major sales events.
- Orders are shipped every other day: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to Royal Luxs LLC due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer or because the recipient was unavailable for delivery, the customer will be responsible for:
- Return shipping costs.
- Redelivery costs.
Royal Luxs LLC is not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Refunds will not be issued for errors in shipping information.

Royal Luxs LLC is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided during checkout. Upon inquiry, we will provide delivery confirmation, tracking details, and shipping carrier information for customers to follow up directly with the carrier.
Standard Shipping
We offer standard shipping, with delivery estimated at 3-8 business days After fulfilment , depending on your location. Express is 1-3 business days After fulfilment, weekend and holiday may effect that. This is an Estimate as the post office doesn't guarantee due to unforeseen events .
