Herbal remedies have a long history

The earliest medical books discussing medicinal plants date back at least as far as 5,000 years ago, according to a 2014 article from the National Library of Medicine.

Archeological studies and discoveries during excavations have found that the people of Iraq have used herbal medicines as far back as 60,000 years, and in China, as far back as 8,000 years ago.

According to the World Health Organization, some African countries still rely most heavily on herbal remedies, as herbals remain a vital part of medical care there. Haiti too is still focused on natural remedies, especially following the hurricane that decimated the country in 2010, leaving many Western medical facilities destroyed. Natural remedies were what remained, and in many cases, they used them successfully.

There are numerous successful studies online, including studies supporting the use of natural remedies for male enhancement.
